The Classic Baguette is a straight yeast dough, flour, water, salt and leavened with a relatively small percentage of baker’s yeast. We use a preferment process (poolish) to ensure a relatively mild sweet flavour, compared to our sourdough with chewiness and a deep golden crust.
Suggested Uses: A wonderful bread for all purposes and especially for highlighting the flavor of an olive oil or mild cheese Also great for any type of crostini, bruschetta, or sandwiches.
